90+ degrees and the AC went out. Had lots of options but Honorable Air was the company that responded quickly and could get someone out the same day to diagnose our problem. Master came the same day we called and quickly diagnosed our problem (no Freon). He could not fix it, but promptly at 8:30 AM the next day another two were there and we were back up and running. I contacted Jesse to fix a duct that wasn't delivering any air, and see if he had any recommendations to better balance the airflow to the different rooms in the house. He arrived on time, and very quickly identified some issues with the design of the original ductwork. He explained the changes he would make and how they would make the whole system more efficient and balanced. To top it off, they could keep materials costs down since the ducts were relatively new and still in good condition, so they could simply redesign what was already there and remove feet of unnecessary ducting by the time they were done. His team completed the work today, and delivered everything he said they would. I can feel the increased airflow throughout the house, and all of the rooms are finally balanced. Jesse and his team did great work at a very reasonable price, and showed honesty, integrity, and professionalism throughout the job. Since it's been chilly in the evenings and with a baby now in the home, I wanted to make sure my furnace was working fine and safely. I contacted him on yelp and he was the first the respond and so I made an appointment so quickly! I really appreciated that, considering one of the three never even bothered to contact me back! Jesse was courteous and knowledgable. He also checked out my air conditioner and saw that even though it was old, it could go for another year or two before replacing. I appreciated his honesty because I had another company in the past that made me worried feeling like I needed to replace it sooner. I called 12/5 when I woke up to no heat. I called at 745 am and Jessie answered the phone and was here within an hour. He was able to fix the problem.
